Documents to submit when applying for a lease:
• Copy of passport and residence permit
• Copy of the work contract
• Certificate of non-debt

Before entering you will be asked:
• The first month’s rent
• a rental guarantee
• a cleaning guarantee (CHF 300.-)

• these two guarantees will be reimbursed to you when leaving if the apartment is returned clean and without damage

• Letterbox plates (CHF70.- + VAT) (to be paid once)
• Agency fees: CHF 200.- + VAT (to be paid once)
• Civil liability insurance
